Elford Teiber & Company is a manufacturer’s representative agency specializing in residential and commercial lighting. Over four decades, we have established ourselves as trusted partners for premier lighting brands, serving the dynamic and diverse markets of South Texas.

Elford Teiber & Company was originally founded in 1985 as Flores Lighting Group by Ralph Flores, an expert and respected name in the lighting industry. Ralph started working with Bill Teiber in the early 80’s, and later started his own agency. Ralph developed close relationships within the industry and had a meaningful and successful career. Upon Ralph’s retirement in 2022, Mike Elford, a long time associate of Ralph’s, and Todd Teiber partnered to create Elford Teiber & Company, making it a full circle union.
