Upon Ralph Flores’ retirement, our agency continues his high standards of hard work, integrity, and loyalty – the attributes that have helped maintain our lasting relationships for over 40 years. Mike Elford worked with Ralph Flores for over 10 years, while Todd and Ralph’s business relationship and friendship dates back to 1981. The Elford Teiber & Company lighting agency has been forged from a strong legacy and is determined to create an even brighter future.
